Who we look for
Four kinds of people
We do not always have a posting up, but we always read what comes in. If you are one of these, tell us where you are based and it is worth sending something over.
Site supervision
Foremen and site supervisors who can hold a schedule, run a crew and meet an inspector without needing an escort.
Engineering & project management
Project engineers and coordinators comfortable with drawings, permits, scheduling and the conversations that go with them.
Technicians
Solar installation and service, IT and networking, smart home commissioning. Cross-trained is welcome, not required.
