This website at newergy.ca is operated by Newergy Industries Inc.. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These are not project terms
Nothing on this website is a quotation, an offer, or a contract for construction, renovation, supply or service work. Pricing, scope, schedule, payment, change orders and warranty are agreed in a written contract for each project. Where this website and a signed contract disagree, the contract governs.
Accuracy of information
We keep the descriptions on this site accurate, but they are general descriptions of what we do, not specifications. Product details, service scope, regulatory requirements and availability all change. Anything you intend to rely on should be confirmed with us in writing.
In particular, statements about permits, building code and inspections describe how such work is normally handled in general terms. Requirements differ between provinces and municipalities, and they are not legal or code advice: what applies to your project is confirmed against the code edition and the authority having jurisdiction where the work is, at the time your drawings are prepared.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Newergy Industries Inc. or its licensors own the content on this site — text, layout, graphics, the Newergy name and logo. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating or arranging work with us. You may not:
- republish, redistribute or mirror material from this site;
- sell, rent or sub-license material from this site;
- use the Newergy name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
Photographs on this site include licensed stock imagery used illustratively. Those images remain the property of their respective owners and are not licensed onward to you.
