Who we are

What we collect
There are only two ways this site collects anything about you.
Information you send us
When you submit an enquiry form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, the service you selected, and your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the work we quoted.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server request data — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time — to serve the site and to identify abuse. This is ordinary web server operation and is not used to build a profile of you.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party analytics script on it. If that changes, this page will be updated before the script goes live, and a cookie consent notice will be added.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiry forms on this site are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. When you submit a form, what you typed is transmitted to Web3Forms, which processes it in order to email it to us and may retain it briefly in the course of doing so. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy, published at web3forms.com/privacy.
Once the email reaches us, the enquiry is held in our own inbox and business records, and this policy applies to it. We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry details with anyone, and we do not use them to market anything unrelated to what you asked about.
Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which serves the site's pages and records the standard request data described above.
Note for review: naming a processor commits us to keeping this section current. If the form service or the host is ever changed, this paragraph has to change with it — a privacy policy that names the wrong processor is worse than one that names none.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to serve the enquiry and to maintain our commercial and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required by law to keep a particular record.
Note for review: this section states a principle rather than a fixed number of months, because a specific retention period has not been set. It should be replaced with the company's actual policy before this page is considered final.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, and to delete it. Write to newergyindustries@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry submissions are encrypted in transit. We keep reasonable administrative and technical safeguards around the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to a website we do not operate, that site's own privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for them.
Children
This site is aimed at people arranging construction, renovation or equipment work. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
