Engineering & Labour Services
The division does two things that belong together: it plans and manages construction work, and it supplies the people who carry it out. The solar equipment we specify and install sits here too — it is what goes onto sites the grid never reached.

01 — Consulting
Project consulting & construction management
We take projects from planning through to completion: what gets built, in what order, by whom, for how much, and who is checking. Owners bring us in when a project has more moving parts than their own team can carry.
- Project planning, sequencing and schedule development
- Construction management and on-site supervision
- Budget development and cost tracking against scope
- Permit strategy, applications and inspection coordination
- Contractor and subcontractor selection
- Progress reporting to owners and stakeholders

02 — Labour
Skilled labour supply
When a project needs more people than a company has, we place them. Engineers, supervisors, technicians and trades — vetted, documented and site-ready, on your project rather than on a waiting list.
- Project engineers and field engineers
- Site supervisors and foremen
- Technicians and equipment operators
- General labourers and skilled trades
- Short-term surge cover and long-term placements
- Onboarding, documentation and site orientation handled by us

03 — Equipment
Solar equipment for sites with no service
Lights, pumps and gate openers that make their own power. Almost every one we supply is chosen for the same reason: running a service out to that spot costs more than the equipment does. We specify it, install it, and come back to check on it.

Solar Lighting
Flood and street lights for yards, lots and approaches with no trench and no meter.
View
Solar Pumps
Livestock watering, irrigation and tank transfer where running a service would cost more than the pump.
View
Solar Gate Openers
Automatic gates at property lines that have no power anywhere near them.
ViewHouseholds
The same discipline, pointed at houses
Home renovation grew out of this division and is now a business of its own. Scheduling trades, pulling permits, managing changes and meeting inspectors is what we already did on commercial work — applying it to a house mostly means smaller drawings and more conversations with the person who lives there.

Next step
Short a crew, or short a plan?
Both are things this division fixes. Tell us which one you are dealing with and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right call.
